Difference Between Spiritual Meditation And The Free Meditations We Offer

Here at the Spiritual Coach we offer free meditations as well as spiritual meditations. What is the difference? Meditation is meditation. Right? Not necessarily. Just as food is not simply “food,” there are flavors and ingredients that make each dining experience unique; there are also many varieties of meditation.
The traditional free meditations we offer focus on clearing out and making space, so that we can hear our Spiritual Coach within. These kinds of meditations are essential with the fast-paced lifestyles we maintain. When we focus on our breath and “let go,” we empty out little by little, hence relieving stress, negativity, and opening to more energy, peacefulness, and overall well-being.
Spiritual meditations, on the other hand, are more about “filling up.” Huh? Well, through meditation we empty out and create space, but then what? We get to fill up with the good stuff- the deep well of Love that is within, waiting to nourish us on the inner AND outer levels. So, spiritual meditations allow the Spiritual Coach within to give to us, while we receive and “fill up.”
Which meditation is better? They are both valuable depending on your current emotional, physical, and spiritual state and what you feel you need in the moment. Sometimes emptying out is the best thing because you may be so full of “stuff” that you need to clear your mind and heart. Other times you may be yearning for deep connection. This is when spiritual meditation will help you receive and open to a deeper inner state.
Whichever meditation you are drawn to, the point is to meditate. With all the different kinds of meditation available to you (including being active while meditating), there is something for everyone.
Happy meditating!
